美味しいコーヒーを求め国内外問わず旅をし、年間200軒超のコーヒーショップを訪れるコーヒートラベラー。
タリーズコーヒー・猿田彦珈琲でバリスタとしてコーヒー抽出やセミナーの経験を積む。現在は旅先で訪れたロースターから豆を厳選し紹介する、自身のコーヒースタンド「matsuricoffee」を全国各地で出店している。
手軽に持ち運べ、抽出が容易なエアロプレスを普及することで、様々な場所でのコーヒーシーンを増やしたいという思いから、インスタグラムアカウント「Everywhere AeroPress」を友人のバリスタと共同運営している。
フィンランド発 コーヒーサブスクリプションサービスSLURP（スラープ）第一期アンバサダー。
もう一つの顔はクラリネット奏者。東京藝術大学卒業。
音楽とコーヒーをマリアージュするコンサートや、コーヒーの街シアトルでのカフェコンサートなど、愛するクラリネットとコーヒーを軸に、従来の枠にとらわれないコンサートづくりを精力的に行っている。

matsuri is a Coffee traveler from Japan. (matsuri is her nickname and her instrument clarinet name, it means festival in Japanese.)
She goes around the world to seek amazing coffee and cafes. matsuri used to work as a barista in Tokyo for 10 years. Now, she hold pop up shop “matsuricoffee” by herself around Japan.
She loves AeroPress. She is spreading AeroPress to enjoy coffee anywhere and anytime with posting photos on Instagram(@everywhere.aeropress) and helding pop up coffee shop “matsuricoffee with AeroPress”. It has been successful.
There is another side of her, she is a clarinet player who plays classic and pop music.
She holds concerts that propose combining music with coffee and was invited to play at cafes in coffee town Seattle.
